A sale with a schedule.

Bravan is designed for a Stock Token sale paid in USDG installments. The seller and buyer agree to one price, a token amount and a set of payment deadlines.

Product preview. Wallet actions are not enabled.

The agreement

The seller specifies a transferable Stock Token, token amount, named buyer, total USDG price and installment deadlines. The intended flow deposits the entire token amount into escrow before accepting payments. The buyer and schedule are fixed once the sale starts.

Payments and settlement

  1. The seller reserves the full Stock Token amount for the agreement.
  2. The named buyer funds each USDG installment by its deadline. Payments remain in escrow.
  3. Once the final installment is funded, the tokens go to the buyer and the full USDG price goes to the seller in the same settlement.

The seller chooses the total price, including any financing premium. This is an installment sale with an agreed price. It does not use a variable interest rate or collateral liquidation.

Cancellation and missed payments

The intended rules allow the seller to cancel before the first payment and recover the tokens. After a payment deadline is missed, the sale can unwind. Reserved tokens return to the seller and escrowed USDG returns to the buyer. The seller receives no forfeiture payment under this model.

The economic trade-off

The seller gives the buyer time to fund the price while the seller's tokens remain reserved. The buyer receives the token amount only after paying in full. Because missed payments are refunded, the buyer has timing flexibility and the seller bears the opportunity cost of locking the asset.

Availability

This site presents Bravan's product design and a sample sale. Bravan has no deployed product contract. No wallet signatures, deposits or asset transfers are available on this site. The example amounts are fixed walkthrough terms, not market prices or executable offers.

Asset and contract considerations

A production version needs verified Stock Token and USDG contracts, transfer compatibility, agreed deadline behavior and reviewed escrow accounting. Stock Token transfer restrictions, network outages, token freezes, stablecoin events and smart contract defects may affect settlement. Owning a Stock Token may carry different rights from owning the underlying security.

Community token

BRAVN is a separate community token. It has no application in the product, no claim on escrow and no rights to sale payments or revenue. No token contract address is published here.
